Who we're looking for

An honest filter.

Both lists are below so you can decide before you write the form, not after.

We're looking for

Properties that belong.

If three or more describe you, we'd love to hear from you.

Independent or small group. 12 – 80 rooms per property, two to fifty properties per group.
Self-aware about what's broken. You can list the three things your stack does badly without looking them up.
Decision-maker on the call. The person on the demo is the person who'd sign.
Comfortable with software being unfinished, briefly. You're willing to send a screenshot when something is weird, not log a ticket.
Operating with care. You think how the guest experiences the front desk matters more than how many features the dashboard has.
We're not the right fit if

It's not for everyone.

Better to know now. We can introduce you to someone who is the right fit.

You want every checklist item, today. Some boxes on the legacy comparison sheets aren't ticked yet.
Buying decisions live in a procurement portal. A six-stage RFP isn't a fit for a 25-property cohort.
Hundreds of properties or franchise-heavy. The architecture handles it, the relationship doesn't — yet.
You'd prefer not to know who built it. If a private channel with the founder sounds like a feature you'd disable.
The lowest line item is the only line item. Lintel is fairly priced, sometimes the cheapest, often not.

Is this really live software?

Yes. Lintel is in production. Founding doesn't mean beta — it means the relationship is new and the rate is locked.

How is the founding rate different?

Founding is £4 / room / month, for life. Standard is £7 today and will keep moving.

Can a hotel group apply?

Yes — group rate cards take effect from the sixth and fifteenth property. The founding lock applies across the portfolio.

What if my property's in low season?

Onboarding is sequential through Q3 – Q4 2026. We schedule cut-overs around your slowest week.

What does "a direct line" actually mean?

A private Slack channel with the founder. Median first response is seven minutes during working hours.

If we apply and it's not a fit?

A real reply within seven days, with our honest read. If we know someone better suited, we'll say so by name.
